Businesses depend on nature and biodiversity far more than their balance sheets suggest, and biodiversity is declining faster than at any time in human history. Drawing on two decades of work by the International Resource Panel, the new paper Taking Action for Nature: The Role of Business and the Circular Economy proposes six ways businesses can take action for nature, while delivering profits and greater resilience.
