FutuRaM Annual Conference 2025 with IRP Panel member Professor Paul Ekins – Critical Raw Materials: From Mapping to Recovery
The Third Annual FutuRaM Conference will explore the latest research results on critical raw materials (CRMs) and situate them within the broader debates on resource security, the circular economy, and the energy transition.
Over two days, FutuRaM scientists and invited experts will present insights on CRM mapping, recovery, and policy implications, with opportunities for discussion, networking, and exchange.
We are pleased to share that IRP Panel member Professor Paul Ekins (UCL Institute for Sustainable Resources, Professor of Resources and Environmental Policy) will deliver the opening keynote:
“Critical Raw Materials: the Achilles Heel of the Energy Transition?” on 22 October 2025 (4:00 p.m. – 4:40 p.m.).
The full agenda is available here.
This is a free event (registration required).
